Dear 2025 Secondary 1 Students and Parents/Guardians,

Congratulations on your posting to CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School! We are thrilled to welcome you to our family, where each student is nurtured to grow, learn, and shine.

We will be sending detailed information, including the following, via Parent’s Gateway (PG) by 20 December 2024:

  • Registration Form

  • Medical Declaration Form

  • Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) details

  • Booklist

  • Information on 3rd Language, Music Elective Programme (MEP), Art Elective Programme (AEP), Higher Chinese Language (HCL)

  • Secondary 1 Orientation Day

Secondary 1 Orientation Day:

  • Date: Friday, 27 December 2024

  • Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Venue: School Hall

  • Registration Time: From 8:30 AM

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following:

  • There are no car park lots available within the school premises.

  • Parents are encouraged to take public transport or park at nearby HDB car parks.

    • HDB Carpark 81 (adjacent to Blk 171) is a short walk to Gate 1.

    • HDB Carpark 26 (near Blk 118) is a short walk to Gate 3.
